21TH DECEMBER: SUCH PEOPLE WE TAKE INTO VOLUNTEERING!
Blagosfera is a place where the great meetings are taking place! This small space we have summed up the results of our cooperation with volunteers. There are a lot of beautiful, spiritual, creative, unselfish people -the future of our beloved country. These are the people who help to implement donor actions, to give the lessons in a framrework of «The School of Charity. Lifestyle», they are carrying bags, helping to sort out the parcels, they are present at the stands of our Foundation at the fairs, etc. They are our stars! Our pride and hope- the volunteers of our Foundation! Unfortunately, some of them are sick, some are having the exams, some do not live in Moscow… It is a pity that not all of them you can find on this group portrait, but anyway - we are together!

20TH-22ND DECEMBER: THE CONFERENCE ON PREVENTION OF CHILD ABANDONMENT. ACTIVITY AND PROMOTION OF THE TOPIC
New Year's vanity does not distract us from the important things. December 20th-22nd All-Russian conference on the prevention of child abandonment and protection of the rights of childhood, “Vremya, vpered!”(roll on, time!), was held. Our director Helen Beregovaya participated there as an expert in the section devoted to the implementation of Resolution number 481. In addition, the conference was attended by Netesova Margarita and Anna Savelieva. All the employees noted the activity of participants, saturation of problematics and practical orientation of meetings with colleagues from various regions of Russia. We are very much concerned about the prevention of child abandonment topic, and it is gratifying that it is going well! We hope that this movement will not stop in the new year!
20TH DECEMBER: «LET’S MAKE A HOLIDAY!» - THE MOTTO OF THE GOOD AND WISE PEOPLE!
A New Year news continue to pour out of Santa Claus' bag as the gifts! «Let's make a holiday» is probably the motto that can most accurately describe what the employees of SDYUSSHOR "Squirrel" (Moscow region, Kotelniki) do. They gave the children a wonderful horse-racing New Year performance.
Note that it has already been the long-awaited New Year's event for our children from Moscow TSSSV for several years. Wildly twisting plot, interactive presentation, performance of the most courageous riders and, of course, communication with animals - the main components of the successful and unforgettable feast. This year children from TSSSV "Vera.Nadezhda.Lyubov" gladly visited horse-racing complex, where they were not only told about the beautiful buildings, paddocks, stables in the "Squirrel" space, but they were also allowed to touch the animals which participated in the New Year's show ! Children's laughter and joy are the most valuable for us!

19TH DECEMBER: REPORTING MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT ON WELFARE IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE
And again Blagosfera hosts those, who is involved in the development of the social sphere of our country. On December,19 the final reporting meeting of the Council of the Russian Government on welfare in the social sphere, which is headed by Olga Golodets, took place. Council members heard a message fom N.G Kaminarskaya about the possibilities and perspectives of the space, its development and the partners.

Olga Golodets stressed the importance of the meeting in such a beautiful place created to integrate socially oriented organizations. Yulia Vasilievna Basova, deputy chairman of the Council, made a report. The report analyzes the concrete results of the Council's work. It is clear that much has been done and statistic is the evidence of that! Working Groups of the Council clearly and efficiently carry out work on the implementation of key legislative initiatives for needy citizens. This also applies to children in difficult situations, and lonely elderly, and people with HIA. Foundation staff members participated actively in the public monitoring, the development of recommendations, section activities. We are pleased to be able to participate in the systematic cooperation with an effective authority that regulates contact NGOs and government agencies. We wish you great success and development in such a noble deed!
17TH DECEMBER: HAPPY AUCTION
Our work with Perspektivy Art Studio continues! Recently auction of works of studio residents in the town of Peterhof took place. The artists themselves were selling their paintings. Alex Sakhnov, for example! Thank you for this great event and good luck in the upcoming projects.
14TH DECEMBER: THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOLK CULTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FUND'S EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS
The introduction of children to popular culture is one of the most important themes in the education of civic identity. The employees of the Foundation participated as a friendly team in the roundtable "Popular culture in the educational space: the vectors of cooperation and prospects of development" - the problem is very complex and we do our best to deeply discuss it!
We met with an innovative educational program ABC of folk culture that was supported by the Ministry of Education of Russia. The author of the program is a longtime friend of the Vladimir Smirnov's Foundation, Lykova Irina Alexandrovna, doctor of pedagogical sciences, a well known expert in the field of pre-school and primary education. We are very pleased to be included in the projects of FGBNU IHOiK Russian Academy of education. As we have already mentioned, our agreement really works!
12TH DECEMBER: PROFLAB CHANGES THE VIEW ANGLE OF TSSSV LEADERS
Another remarkable event in the life of the Fund is connected to the project of professional development of employees of Moscow TSSSV "PROFLAB", priority project of our Fund. "JUNONA" course in TSSSV finished! Our participants are presenting their projects as usual at the end of the course,. The ceremony of project defence was held in Blagosfera. 11 projects, which were prepared by 21 participants, were presented to the Examination Committee. Thoughtful attitude to work may be noted as characteristic for all the participants. They highlighted the main themes of the work with the "special child", what raised the fundamental nature of the projects and their practical orientation. The examination board included Baranova Tamara Fedorovna, the director of TSSSV "Junona", Helen Beregovaya, the director of Vladimir Smirnov Foundation and Welfare Fund to promote social and cultural initiatives "Lifestyle", PhD, the expert of the Council of the Government of Russian Federation concerning guardianship in the social sphere (by O.U. Golodets); Public Relations Committee of the Moscow Government; Kurchanova Julia Robertovna, psychologist, trainer. The employee of the charity Foundation "The volunteers in help of orphans" (www.otkazniki.ru), a specialist in working with families in difficult life situations, the author of training programs for professionals, the supervisor of the work of experts in the field of family structure and socialization of graduates of orphanages.
The examination board also included Sandra Fadina, Executive Director of RBOO "Center for Curative Pedagogics", Chief Specialist of Resource Center in Vladimir Smirnov Foundation; Makarieva Natalia Michailovna and Gracheva Lubov Vasilievna- GBU Centre "Childhood".
Our dear participants of the course were nervous, and it's understandable, for many of them it was the first such experience. we would like to present some examples of reviews : "A lot of illustrative examples that really help in the work. There was a lot of practice, not only theory at the cources". Here's another one: "I liked the training and it is even a little sad that it has completed. The organization was excellent and invited professionals were simply the best of the best! Many thanks and good luck to you!".

Director of TSSSV "Juno" Tamara Fedorovna Baranova has shared with us a very valuable observation: she said that she saw the activities of their employees from the other point of view. Now she knows what to look at, what to change, what should be improved.
Attention! We go on! In February we will start the next PROFLAB project in GKU TSSSV «Yugznoe Butovo»!
12TH DECEMBER: WE WANT TO SAY AGAIN, "THANK YOU," OUR HEROES, BLOOD DONORS!
Because of the large-scale event: training courses for DOO employeers in Kolomna, «Dushevny bazar», analysis of the results of participation in the «Dobraya Kazan» Forum, we somehow missed a wonderful event on December 1, The World AIDS Day. The Foundation team led by an energetic captain SvetLana Xas (Svetlana Jurevna Myagchenkova) spent the last in this year donor action among concerned people, keeping a healthy lifestyle, the staff of the legendary OAO "MMP named after V.V. Chernyshev". As usual, the number of people willing to share a part of themselves, exceeded the number of systems brought by FMBA Blood Center of Russia. There were 553 donors, 250 liters of blood have been collected, which made it possible to save lives of about 83 people.

has assisted us in organizing mobile food services area. Pastry, sweets, tea and juices were offered to our heroes before and after donation. We also held a traditional quiz with questions about donation and did not get tired to be surprised by the number of participants. It was nice to watch the range of positive emotions on the faces of the participants, because each of them in addition to the bright impressions, was awarded in memory of this wonderful day. People came and thanked us for taking care of them. We believe that we will be happy to do good together next year!
11TH DECEMBER: A WONDERFUL PRE-CHRISTMAS ATMOSPHERE. THE LIFESTYLE OF THE SOUL BAZAR
We have been preparing for almost six months for this event. There were many meetings, brainstorming, sleepless nights. We caught up with our friends from Israel and other beautiful places of our planet. We came to make wonderful cards with the poems of Boris Orlov, arrange the cheese shop «Cheese House» with the help of Alexei Andreev (family dairy of Alexey and Svetlana Andreeva ) and offer our guests the fun toys, made by Anna Nikolashvili (Inga Jgenti). Thanks to all helpers! Thanks to the partners !!! As a result, we were able to raise funds for the 5 donor shares, which will be held next year in a variety of institutions and organizations of Moscow!
9TH DECEMBER: «THE SCHOOL OF CHARITY. LIFESTYLE» IS PRESENTED IN KOLOMNA!
If you want to really scale the educational project, then, first of all, go to the teachers themselves! You go to share the experiences, to translate the ideas and receive in return a new impetus to classes, cases and projects creation. Fund's employeers have organizeda a cluster dedicated to charitable programs in pre-school educational institutions, in the framework of training courses for DOO in Kolomna (more than 30 institutions). The cluster runs on the basis of the agreement with FGBNU Institute of Art Education and Culture RAN.
We have been treated as dear guests in «Zhemchuzhinka» kindergarten http://detsad31.edu-kolomna.ru/ Vera Michailovna Derkach, the head of the kindergarten, told us about this wonderful house for Kolomna kids. We hope that we can continue being friends with such interesting and talented teachers in Kolomna, and our project will be supported in this beautiful ancient city.
