31ST JANUARY: WONDERFUL GIFT
Good prospects and acquaintances came through the participation of our fund in Planeta.ru crowdfunding platform. Planeta.ru actively supported our project #https: //planeta.ru/558900 Thanks to donation of sympathetic and warm-hearted person Alexey Domogatsky, the regular donor shares in the framework of «Dostuchatsya do serdets» marathon, with the support of Moscow resource center for blood donation and the National Fund for health development, taking place this year. Alexey himself is a regular donor, and his desire to unselfishly help people is conscious and uncompromising. You can write a lot about this wonderful person, his living position, a wonderful upbringing and moral guidelines. Alexey is not satisfied with what has already been achieved.
On Saturday, January 29th we and our volunteers visited the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall and dug into the magical atmosphere of the music.
Pure children's voices and the sounds of the organ helped to throw off the shackles of everyday life. The soul has found back its wings and inconceivable greatness of Divine plan was slightly shown to inner eye. An excellent and varied program was prepared by children's choir «Vesna» named after A.S Ponomarev's (https: //www.youtube.com/watch v = PiqDRUoU5L4?). We enjoyed the concert very much, thanks to the friend of the Foundation Alexei Domogatsky, who gave us free tickets to this amazing event!
31ST JANUARY: ENCOURAGEMENT OF OUR VOLUNTEERS IS A DELICATE AND VERY NECESSARY MATTER (ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE "MOSKVA" BALLET COMPANY)
Encouragement of our volunteers is a delicate and very necessary matter. They always respond to the attention shown by us. They like that their work is valued, and, of course, very pleased to receive a gift of a holiday! Thank «Vse vmeste» Charity gathering for giving tickets to various interesting events and performances. Recently the fund volunteers went to the "Thumbelina" performance of “Moskva” Ballet. This is what our volunteer Tatyana Mukhina wrote about the performance: "The impressions are excellent! So you want to turn into a butterfly and flit! The actors are with such light and flexable bodies, it seemed that the action took place in a small box and actors out there were porcelain dolls. Excellent scenery in the style of "minimalism",just what’s needed. The costumes are gorgeous. 10 points on a five-point grading scale. " The other volunteers were also delighted: "The ballet was light and airy. We have watched it in one breath. The music was remarkable! The absence of the loud frightening sounds is appropriate for children's performance. Everything was at the high level.”
" Thumbelina” ballet is a bright, light, interesting show created by the light effects. The actors really were like from a fairy tale with light and flexable bodies."
So, our volunteers, and therefore we (as a team!) were very satisfied. Thank ballet dancers! We wish success to the talented team!
30TH JANUARY: SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING LEARNING EXPERIENCE!
Education and improvement of professionalism is a favorite trend of the work of our Foundation. We have already written about our «filippki», which is headed by the deputy director Anna Savelieva, who has always been actively participating in the workshops, master classes and other forms of professional development. So at PRONKO_2.0 the module of the School of leaders was focused on fundraising for the work with donors and partners.
In the framework of the module, the participants have learnt following:
- The strategy of building long-term relationships with donors;
- Work with the motivation and involvement of donors and partners;
- Evaluating of the projects and programs;
- Fundraising strategies;
- Consolidating of the resources.
The module was lead by well known Russian professional in the field of charity Irina Leonidovna Menshenina, the director of the «Sindrom Lyubvi» Foundation, the chairman of the Association of Fundraisers.
Anna told us that she was particularly inspired by the following exercise: the group members chipped in 10 roubles each. Then they had to make a 30 sec presentation about the Fund in order to raise the funds, then to tell each other in pairs and presented for a group the information about a colleague and his organization. Our Foundation was presented by Ekaterina Panova, the director of the Assistance Fund for homeless animals "RAY". So what experience has been got from this interesting and very useful master class? Firstly, fundraising aimed at obtaining extremely large sums, because sometimes acting on the principle"crowd funding", you can get much more. Secondly, team work is very important in fundraising, it's so nice to get the approval of the colleagues!

28TH JANUARY: CREATIVITY IS A WONDERFUL SOURCE AND FATIGUE REMEDY
How to overcome the naturally accumulating fatigue, which leads to burnout and apathy? We must look for sources, and one of the sources is creativity. Our friends at the famous Academy of Fine Arts and watercolors named after Sergey Andriaka suggested that we visit the Museum of watercolors and opened at the Academy stunning exhibition of book illustrations from the collection of the State Public Historical Library. After the tour, which was very tenderly and passionately given by Valery Verne, the fine art expert. We also participated together in a master class on watercolor. The results of the very exciting experience in lily incarnation on paper using the paints we let you judge. We went from the academy in a good mood, with a sense of elation -that's what gives creativity and hospitality, warm welcome and attention! Thank you, Inga Vahtangovna Jgenti for organizing such a useful and inspiring event! It really helped us to enter into the new week with a renewed vigour and in a good mood!
27TH JANUARY: NEW ITEMS IN THE FOUNDATION LIBRARY
Did you know, our dear friends and partners who are interested in news of the Foundation, that there is a wonderful representation of the company, which continues the traditions of the Russian patronage, in Moscow? It is located in Tokmakov per., 21/2, and is called the "Society of merchants and industrialists." We met with the assistant to the Head of the society Andrey Viktorovich Nikolaev, we outlined the prospects of familiarizing our teachers- volunteers to content, knowledge and ideas that society accumulates and carefully stores, publishes, distributes and promotes. And yet at the same time we received a magnificent gift, a unique edition of the series "The economic history of Russia." These are the fundamental works of prominent Russian scientists-economists neglected for a number of reasons, and thanks to the activities of the merchants and industrialists Society, newly introduced to the academic community and presented to the researchers. The works are surprisingly relevant, and, what is especially valuable, givening the opportunity to objectively and impartially evaluate the economic situation of the pre-revolutionary time. In the anniversary year of the key event of Russian history of the twentieth century, it sounds quite overstated and very significant! We are pleased that our director Helen Beregovaya sees the need for continuous replenishment of the library, and it becomes so interesting and varied. Many thanks to our partners from the Society of merchants and industrialists! We invite all interested researchers to use the library of the fund!
26TH JANUARY: THE AREAS OF COMMON INTEREST WITH EDUCATIONAL EDITION
The significance of the spread of our ideas, programs and methodological developments isa constantly emphasized by the founder of our Fund, V.A Smirnov, and we agree with him completely! We are looking for partners in the field of socially responsible media, scientific and educational publications. So, in August 2016 "Upravlenie DOU" magazine issue ("TC Sphere" publisher), dedicated to working with «special children», came out. Many employees of the Fund took part in it, what was noted by the chief editor of the publishing house. We were given a section in "Initiative of the XXI century" scientific magazine, where we can talk extensively and in detail about the main trends and prospects of activity. Yesterday there was a meeting with the deputy editor Natalia Viktorovna Kulagina, where we discussed the most important part of such a thoughtful and highly professional partner, and look forward to further various projects, where we will continue finding the areas of common interest!
24TH JANUARY: INSPECTION AS A WAY TO HELP AND SUPPORT
Our director Helen Beregovaya has started her "expert" new year with a visit to GKU SO VO "Kolchuginsky children's home for mentally retarded children", together with the delegation of representatives of the Council of the Government of Russian Federation concerning guardianship, together with the head of VOOO ARDI "Svet" Y.M Katz, CEO of RBOO "Center for Curative Pedagogics" Anna Lvovna Bitova and chief specialist of the Resource Center of our fund Alexander Konstantinovich Fadin. The purpose of this visit was to familiarize with the conditions of stay of children with disabilities in an institution in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 5.24.2014 number 481 "On the activities of organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, and about institutalization of children left without care parent. " As noted by Elena Borisovna, children in Kolchuginsky orphanage struck her with their openness, kindness, diligence. The guys showed guests the concert program "New Year's Kaleidoscope", where they read poetry, danced, sang. It was touching, beautiful, interesting idea. The boys tried very hard to make the concert charming and to please the guests. Their desire was not unnoticed. For teachers and members of the delegation a round table have been organized, where the representatives of educational institutions of Kolchuginsk region were invited. The members of the delegation shared their experience of work with children and provide the development of "special" children workbook. It is very important that such trips do not have the task of harsh critic, the main wish is to give the institutions methodical, organizational, informational support,to help those who initiated the reform, who clearly knows, what is its main and most humane goal. And it is to give children the opportunity to live more happily, joyfully and with dignity!
23RD JANUARY: IMPORTANT UPDATE
We would like to express special gratitude to the Moscow resource center for blood donation and the National Fund for Health Development for the support in the organization of the donor shares in RUSNANO OOO UK "RUSNANO" Thanks to them we were able to make the event particularly vivid and memorable, give nice gifts and souvenirs to our donors. Besides that, we inform you that on the collected funds we have obtained the necessary diapers for the kid from a small village. Soon we will arrange a meeting with her parents. Thanks again to all our helpers and partners in the donor movement!
23RD: DONOR MARATHON HAS STARTED!
Donor marathon “Dostuchat’sya do serdets”(Reach out to) has started during the January action, which our foundation held in conjunction with the FMBA of Russia in OOO "UK RUSNANO ". This organization warmly welcomed our team: the mobile laboratories and blood collection points were established within the shortest possible time, food serveces area with carefully laid tables and a variety of food and drinks was ready for our dear donors. And, of course, we have not forgotten about the traditional quiz with questions about donation and its promotion. It was nice to see familiar faces! It should be metioned that there were more people willing to save the lives of others than was announced. Unfortunately, not all were able to donate, but no one was left without a memento. Especially for this event our foundation has created the calendars for 2017 with the pictures of the employees of "Rosnano", taking an active part in the donor movement. Well, and people had to fight for the prizes in the quiz. To win it was necessary to find a remarkable knowledge of the donation, both domestic and foreign. Responsive people donated their blood and money, which we will send to bedridden young girl from Kubrinsk village, Pereslavsky region. I would like to thank the organizer of the donor movement "UK" RUSNANO ", Dmitry Meshcheryakov and doctors from FMBA service. We hope that at the following event, which will take place on June 30, we will meet less rejections and will see more participants that will give us an opporunity to win in the donor marathon. 23RD JANUARY: ZOOFORUM PROZOO CONTINUES ITS WORK
Held in November 2016 Zooforum ProZoo continues its work on gradual change of the situation with protection of animal in our country. The organizers have developed a resolution that is available on the Forum website. Besides that, all the participants can (hopefully with great pleasure) find themselves in one of the fragments of kind and cheerful film about this remarkable event. It is also available on the forum website.
